Managing DirectorImran Darvesh has more than 10 years of experience in managing various business entities. He has got prior experience in the field of customer service, collections and managing people. He has played a pivotal role in setting up the vision, mission and strategy for INI. Imran holds a bachelors degree from Mumbai university, his mantra in life is – “focus and be patient”.
Irma A Darvesh
Director OperationsIrma Darvesh has been associated with INI since day one of operations. She started her career as an executive and gradually moved on to managing operations. She brings strong experience in advising clients across sectors and associate with them in identifying and prospecting senior management talent and successfully executing confidential searches. Irma holds a diploma in engineering degree from Mumbai university, she is a follower of this principle “I attribute my success to this: I never gave or took any excuse”.
Daryl Pereira
Senior Manager OperationsA Graduate from Mumbai University brings in rich experience across different segments. Responsible for strategic and operational leadership of INI specialty collections and sales business across Canada & USA. He has more than 14 years of experience in the consumer and collections industry. Prior to joining INI, he held various positions with Nationwide Credit, Inc since 2012 responsible for compliance, risk management & account receivables
